Earlier this year we announced that Ecclesiological Investigations International Research Network (EIIRN) has completed the process of incorporating in the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation under U.S. law. As of this date, we are awaiting final confirmation from the IRS confirming our tax-exempt status, but have been advised that once that process is completed that status will be retroactive from the initial incorporation date of the organization. You need of course to consult your tax advisor regarding the tax deductibility of any donation.
As part of our new era, we have received an initial $10,000 challenge grant from Dormition of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church of the Hamptons, New York, where EIIRN board member Father Alexander Karloutsos serves as a priest. The church will match one-to-one every dollar we raise this year up to $10,000. We invite members of the Network and other friends to consider making a donation to help us further our research, dialogue and collaboration in ecclesiology across the broad spectrum of the Christian tradition.
You can make your donation by credit card from anywhere in the world through the EIIRN web page at https://ei-research.net/ You will see a “Donation” button on the top right of the Home Page. Clicking that will take you to our Pay Pal page Donations can also be made by checkmade out to “Ecclesiological Investigations International Research Network,” and sent to Dale Irvin, Chair of EIIRN, 123 Clark Ave., Ocean Grove, NJ 07756.
Thank you in advance for your ongoing support!
