Calling all participants – speakers, panelists, Food for Thought Ecumenical speakers, delegates, observers and locals and natives of Assisi and Italia in general:
As we draw near to finalizing the program and logistical arrangements for Assisi 2012 is it absolutely essential that, if you have already not done so, you confirm your participation and registration details, special dietary/room access/sharing requests etc. and attend to payment of any outstanding fees without further delay.
The Organizing Committee meets again early in the New Year and by then we will be setting down many of the final arrangements.
Especially for local participants and other Italian delegates and speakers: we still require your confirmation of participation and registration because of venue capacity in the meeting rooms and auditoria.
