Reflections in a Pluralistic World


In connection with the Silver Jubilee of the Chair for Christian Studies and Research, an International Conference on the theme Religions, Dialogue and Society: Theological Reflections in a Pluralistic World was organized between Friday 3rd and Sunday 5th December 2010. The session on 3rd Friday afternoon was at Calicut University Campus and the sessions on 4th and 5th were at Family Apostolate Centre, Trichur.

The Conference was held by the Chair for Christian Studies and Research, University of Calicut, EI being one of the collaborators. Paul Collins, Reid Locklin, Paul Pulikkan, noted Buddhist scholar Lobsang Tengyur, Dr. Jacob Parappally, Dr. K.S. Radhakrishnan were among the speakers.

The conference was organized by the Chair for Christian Studies and Research, University of Calicut in collaboration with The Institute of Theology (Trichur)Institute of Missiology Missio (Aachen, Germany) and Ecclesiological Investigations International Research Network.
